The Monthly Video Retainer.
A full-stack content operation on subscription: ongoing production, AI-powered distribution, performance reporting, and a dedicated team. Retainers run $5,000–$10,000 per month across three tiers — Foundation, Growth, and Scale.
How much does a video retainer cost?
$5,000 to $10,000 per month, depending on tier. Foundation runs three months; Growth and Scale run six. We publish these numbers because most agencies won't, and because the comparison that matters is this one: an in-house hire at equivalent capability costs $80K–$120K a year in salary alone, before equipment, software, and management time.
What's included
A shoot rhythm that turns one filming day into a month of material. Distribution built for feeds, search, and the AI engines that answer questions before Google gets a chance. A defined job for every piece of content — book the call, fill the seat, sell the thing. And measurement from day one, so the system gets smarter instead of just older.
How fast does it start?
New retainer clients onboard within 7–10 business days of signing. Most start with the $750 Video Growth Audit, which is credited toward the first retainer month.
Common questions
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Retainers are fixed-term: Foundation is 3 months, Growth and Scale are 6. We'd rather earn the renewal than lock you in. Most clients renew because the system is producing results.
Do I own the content?
Yes. Everything produced under a NEEBA retainer is fully owned by you on final payment — any platform, in perpetuity. The only exception is licensed music, which we flag and offer royalty-free alternatives for by default.
Can I also commission project work during a retainer?
Yes, and it's one of the biggest advantages: brand films, commercial spots, and quarterly packages get priority scheduling inside your engagement, with no separate contracts and no existing-client upcharge.
