Marlo Custodio, founder of NEEBA Studios

NEEBA began in 2015 in Silicon Valley as a camera and a cause: social impact documentaries for organizations doing the hardest work in the Bay, and music videos for the artists founder Marlo Custodio grew up listening to: Too Short, Andre Nickatina, Traxamillion. In 2017 the State of California took notice, naming NEEBA Silicon Valley Small Business of the Year at California Small Business Day in Sacramento.

Custodio has spent 15+ years directing content and campaigns, with over $100M in client revenue and $30M+ in media spend behind the work, for brands from Bosley ($500K a month in digital, $1M a month in TV) to Intel, Hewlett Packard, Google, Verizon, the Knight Foundation, and AARP. A Knight Foundation Emerging City Champion, a graduate of San José's Multicultural Arts Leadership Institute, and a guest lecturer at UC Santa Cruz and Emerson College, he turned that experience into a system: cinema-grade production paired with AI visibility engineering, built so that when customers ask Google or an AI who to hire, his clients are the answer.
