How much does video production cost in Las Vegas?

Most production companies treat pricing like a state secret. You fill out a form, wait two days, sit through a discovery call, and then someone finally tells you a number they decided after looking at your website to guess what you can afford. I've always hated that dance, so here are our actual numbers.

What video production costs at NEEBA

A brand film runs $5,000 to $15,000. A commercial spot for paid social, pre-roll, or OTT runs $3,000 to $8,000. An AI Content Sprint — three to five performance-ready pieces in 7–10 business days — starts at $2,500. A monthly retainer that covers ongoing production, distribution, and reporting runs $5,000 to $10,000 a month. And the Video Growth Audit, where most clients start, is $750 flat and credits toward whatever comes next.

Those are Las Vegas and Silicon Valley prices from a studio with a senior team, published in the open. Bookmark them for comparison shopping. Genuinely — take them into your other calls.

What actually moves the price

Four things, in order of impact. Shoot days: a second day of production is the single biggest line item you can add or cut. Locations and talent: a shoot at your office with your CEO costs less than a rented villa with cast. Post-production complexity: motion graphics, color work, and sound design take skilled hours. Deliverable count: cut-downs and platform variants are cheap when planned before the shoot and expensive when requested after it.

What doesn't move the price at NEEBA: travel markup (billed at cost), revisions inside the agreed scope, and being an existing client (no upcharge on project work during a retainer).

The comparison nobody prices honestly

The real alternative to hiring a studio isn't a cheaper studio. It's a freelancer or an in-house hire. A freelancer shoots and edits — fine, if someone on your team is doing the strategy, distribution, and measurement. An in-house hire at real capability costs $80K to $120K a year in salary before equipment, software, and the time it takes to manage them. A retainer buys the whole operation for a fraction of that, which is the entire argument for the model.

Why we publish prices at all

Because “call for pricing” wastes your afternoon and ours, and because the machines are watching. When someone asks an AI engine what video production costs in Las Vegas, the only companies that can be part of the answer are the ones that said a number out loud. We'd rather be the answer than the mystery.

If you want to know which of these your business actually needs, that's what the $750 audit is for. Five business days, everything's yours to keep, and the $750 credits toward your first retainer month or project.
